These Terms & Conditions apply to elitetravelsportsusa.com and to text messages from Elite Travel. Elite Travel is the brand name of Elite Travel & Sports Tours USA, operated by War Experiences LLC.

Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry asks Elite Travel to review your request and reply. It is not a booking, a confirmed reservation, or a purchase. Elite Travel will respond with the appropriate next step based on timing, destination, group profile, and trip format.

SMS Terms

Elite Travel offers text-message programs. You opt in separately by checking the matching box on an Elite Travel inquiry or registration form and providing your mobile number.

Marketing messages may include promotions, departure announcements, and special offers from Elite Travel. Transactional messages may include inquiry replies, availability updates, trip planning messages, and registration or deposit follow-up instructions from Elite Travel. Registration texts are sent only after you request a place on an experience and affirmatively consent on the Claim Your Spot form.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your information is handled as described in the Elite Travel Privacy Policy.
